I decided to get my state inspection here because of how highly reviewed this location was, and I could not be happier with the service I received! They were very flexible and accommodating when I asked to reschedule due to inclement weather, and the gentleman that was working the front desk was sincerely kind and professional. I love that they send a meticulously detailed report of the inspection to your email before you've even left the building. Thank you guys for all that you do, I'll definitely be coming back here!

This business is one of the more honest mechanics I have ever found. I have 5 vehicles in my family and have always taken those vehicles to them. This is the kind of place where they will lay out what they find that needs repairs and then tell you what has to be done and what can wait or really doesn't need to be done, just that you should know about it. They are active in the community, pro veteran and local business owners. I have moved away from the immediate area, but am back often and when I needed help, there was only one place I would have gone.

I've been a Casey's customer for 21 years and they've always been honest and direct in their dealings. Bill built a solid, smooth-running operation and now Brian has taken over to refine it and give it some modern touches. Trust is the name of the game in the service industry and I trust these guys to give me an honest, fair assessment of repairs and recommended maintenance. They stand behind their work and they team up with other local shops to provide one-stop-shop convenience for specialized auto services. I usually take advantage of the drop-off service, but I've noticed that the revamped waiting room has better amenities than most dealerships. Brian and his team know what they're doing and I know I'm going to pay a fair rate for quality service without worrying about unnecessary up charges.

Great service. Very friendly. ***UPDATE*** I can’t say enough good things about Casey’s. The level of professionalism and honesty are second to none. No sales pressure when making recommendations, and they actually talk to you about issues they find. Whatever you decide is final with no added pressure from them. Always friendly service. I’ve never walked away unsatisfied with their work. As far as I’m concerned, there is no comparison between the VA Tire & Auto type places and Casey’s... Casey’s is simply head and shoulders above the rest.

It takes awhile to find a good, reliable garage that’s locally owned. After years of dealing with dealerships, much to my dissatisfaction, I found Casey’s last summer and never looked back. They’re quick, professional, and up front about what’s needed to maintain your vehicle. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments, and they even have loaner vehicles if needed! Despite a bit of a drive from DC, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the Northern Virginia area for my car care needs.

Went in for a basic oil change and the inspection showed quite a few things needed to be done. Due to the craziness of 2020 we have overlooked the need for tires. Caseys encouraged us to talk about it at home. We did and scheduled a followup appt 5 days later for new tires. At that appt, I shared it felt like the transmission was slipping. Caseys drove the SUV and discovered that the engine mount was damaged which was causing the problem...not the transmission. Relieved we have an auto place to help keep us safe.

We have been going to Casey's ever since it opened. Through the years, we have found them to be honest, reasonably priced, and thorough. The work has been done correctly the first time. The turnaround on the cars has also been very timely. If there is a delay, we have been told promptly and the reason why (usually a part has not been available). There have been times when Casey's has tried to fix a problem, could not because it was something the dealer had to do, and returned the car to us without charge. This has happened several times. I would recommend this business to everyone without hesitation.

I had been going to my regular car shop for about 5 years but was never satisfied with the service I received. It seemed like they would charge services at random and would make the bill extremely pricey every time I went to get my car checked out. I decided on a whim to try out Casey’s Automotive and I don’t regret it at all. They were incredibly friendly and their service was insanely fast. They even send you a link with an overview of your car and what services they suggest. They give you descriptions for the issues your car may have, which is great for me since I’m an idiot when it comes to cars, and give you the option to accept or decline offered services. I’m definitely coming back and have already recommended them to other people!

Our ‘09 accord made the worst squealing noise every time it was in reverse. We’ve taken it to another “honest” mechanic and after spending over $1k, we just gave up. We took it to Casey’s for general maintenance and they advised us to replace our rotors and pads and now the squeal has magically disappeared.They are great at what they do!

Casey’s in Chantilly is the best mechanic shop in the area. I’ve been a customer there for over 4 years now. Their service reps are always friendly and willing to take their time explaining the reasoning behind the work that they recommend needs to be done. Their system of texting you an estimate and breakdown of costs and services is the best I’ve seen and sets them apart from other large shops. Now you can even approve/deny work via the link they send. It’s efficient and adds to the top notch auto and customer service they provide!

So get this... my car battery died in my driveway. Casey’s jumped the battery, drove it to their Sterling shop, found the battery was under warranty, and replaced it for free. That’s not unusual. But what’s cool is that they ran their diagnostic test to see how things were in general. They said they found nothing amiss. That’s honesty. They could have easily said something needed replacing or adjusting in order to make at least a small profit on this transaction, but they didn’t and that’s honesty. Now here’s where their amazing customer service comes in...they made no profit on this transaction and yet they were willing to drive the car back to my house when they were done! I said “why would you do this?” They said “ well, some people are wary of leaving their homes during Covid and we don’t want them to feel uncomfortable”. That’s customer service. That’s how you build a loyal customer base. Thanks, Casey’s!

We've been taking our vehicles to Casey's for over 10 years and I recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go for vehicle maintenance/repair work. They're extremely honest and reliable and always helpful. They've done everything from general oil changes, fluid flushes, diagnosing and fixing problems, new tires, rotating tires, new battery to helping me figure out what kind of lift kit to do for my truck (and they do all that work too!). They talk through everything with you and go over the associated costs - and if you don't understand, you can call them back and they'll go over it again and again until you do. Bryan and Brendan and everyone who works there are great to deal with and do everything they can to be a great business to deal with. They have a great waiting room too - although I don't use it because they also offer after hours/night drop off and that works better for me. Seriously, if you've used Casey's and you feel like you can't rate them 5 stars - the problem's you, not them.

Casey’s is a hidden gem! I’m mad I didn’t find them sooner! We brought in our Camaro to get checked out because it was clanking and making weird sounds! They got us in the same day, checked it out, ordered parts and we had our car back quickly! The staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with.. These guys are AWESOME! Took our car in for a second opinion and they gave us the most detailed assessment on what was wrong with the car, what needed to be cared for immediately, and what could wait for a bit. Honest repair shops are hard to come by. I was referred to Casey's by a friend. My front brakes needed to be replaced and they gave me the option of doing the rear brakes at the same time or wait until my next oil change as they had some additional life left in them. Everything was explained clearly and my receipt was detailed. If you are looking for mechanics you can trust, you found them here.

Took my car for a couple of trouble lights I could not clear and to have the State Inspection completed. Casey’s certainly did a thorough job reviewing the car and provided a clearly developed report including pictures of the areas of concern. They were timely, professional, polite and the shop was very clean. They completed the work we identified and delivered the car in good working order. My only comment would be that the pricing I received for the work completed I thought was a little above market. Not horrible per se but high all the same. That said, I would recommend them as they are honest.Just to follow up on my review, I spoke with Brendon at Casey’s and after discussing, he worked with me to make some pricing adjustments bringing the cost more line with the budget. He did not have to do this but he does appreciate the relationship with his customers. As a result, I have bumped them to a 5 Star review. Thank you Brendon, well deserved.

I've been coming to Casey's ever since I moved to the Fairfax area a few years ago. They are always honest, fair, and make sure you get done what's absolutely needed for your vehicle to be safe on the road. Decided to try a new shop for our cars that are out of warranty. Casey's did a very good job on a number of different problems (mass air flow sensor, check valve, diagnosing a check engine light) on our Honda and Mazda and did so for far les than the dealer. The staff was very nice and responsive. Not the cheapest shop around but excellent service and fair prices. I'l be going back.

I am SO glad to have found Casey’s after much experience with unsatisfactory automotive shops. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The high quality of their work is a given, but the civility and courteousness they show clients is what has made the biggest impact on me. I’ve never been in an automotive waiting area that is so pleasant and comfortable, with an aquarium, multiple rooms, free snacks, free WiFi and charging cables. (It smells good too, not a hint of cigarette smoke.) Truly though, it’s the employees that make Casey’s stand out. As a young, single woman I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior that has made me uncomfortable waiting in other automotive shops. At Casey’s I have met with nothing but respect and courtesy from every employee I have interacted with. I could sit on their couch for half the day working on my laptop and feel truly relaxed. Thank you, Casey’s Automotive, for creating that type of environment.

We started using Casey's Automotive about 2 years ago. My wife had taken her care to the dealership for a quote to repair a window that had issues going up and down. The dealership quoted over $600 just for the part. Casey's was able to do the repair for around $200 if I recall. 2 years later we have not had a problem with the window since.We have also had a ton of work done on our Jeep with Casey's. They are always upfront about what needs to be done and what may be coming down the pipe. They always communicate and keep us up to date.I couldn't recommend this place more.

Appointment made for oil change. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Casey’s provides self-service coffee, pop, and water. I was kept informed on the progress of the mechanic. They let me know of numerous maintenance items, both good and not so good. They explained necessary repairs in easily understood language with no pressure. I like to support local small businesses and Casey’s is a very honest shop. I highly recommend Casey’s and I will continue to use them to maintain my cars for many years to come.

Casey’s is my go-to shop for all of my car maintenance because they are easy to make an appointment with, are always timely (!!!), and are honest about exactly what work needs to be done (vs. what can wait and what is optional). I’ve even begun scheduling inspections at Casey’s so I can fit them into a schedule and know they’ll be on time. This week, though, they outdid themselves. I came in with a burnt-out tail light that needed to be replaced. They couldn’t give me a quote over the phone because they didn’t know if it was a regular bulb or LED, so I popped by minutes after calling. Not only did they look at my car immediately, but they replaced the bulb for free! I didn’t even pay for the bulb itself. I was so impressed, as always, by their expedience, but also by their kindness. Thank you, Casey’s, for cementing your spot as my go-to shop!

Today, I noticed both my headlights were not working and they were so helpful and fit me in at the end of a very long day as they were about to close. I don't know any other place that would do that. I have taken numerous cars to Casey’s over the years and have always been struck by the outstanding service they have provided.Fair, honest, and efficient service every time with a great team!They will do the research, get the proper parts, and get the work done quickly at a good price.At one point we had door handles on a VW Beetle that broke. Replacements would have entailed replacing the entire door panels which would be very expensive.The guys at Casey’s? They took the time to look around and after some time found a guy that had similar issues and who had found machined handles online for his Beetle.My point is that they will look at all options when finding the best solution for you.A shop where I can leave my cars and feel comfortable that they will do the right thing every time is of utmost importance to me!

The staff at Casey's - from the people I spoke with on the phone to the shuttle driver were all very friendly and helpful. I was given a detailed answer on the process for diagnosing and clearing my check engine light in order to get my emissions inspection done. I loved receiving the full inspection results via text! It was convenient and very easy to read, and I like that I'll be able to go back to reference the findings. I look forward to going back for my emissions inspection and any other time in the future.

Incredibly Awesome!!! I just picked up my F150 after Casey’s installed a 6” lift, new wheels, tires, cold air intake, side steps and exhaust. Just incredible service and workmanship! Casey’s is awesome. I loved that they had a kids area. It’s a sanity saver. Like another review said, it’s better decorated than my own living room. The employees were so kind. One even helped my son work the Xbox console since I didn’t know how. They have snacks and drinks too. So many nice things they have to keep you comfy while you wait. The fish were awesome too. I would absolutely come back here. Another bonus is all the work they do for the community.

Outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship. I thoroughly reviewed a number of local automotive shops before picking Casey’s and I chose correctly. These guys are the real deal and you will be hard pressed to find a better automotive team in the local area. I emailed two other locations and never received a response, only an automated email stating “we will review your request and be in touch within 2 days.” I never heard from this business. I emailed Casey’s Automotive on Sunday night requesting an appointment for Wednesday and promptly received an email stating my appointment was in their system and they looked forward to welcoming me on 12 July. For your future automotive repair, tire replacement, or auto inspection service I would recommend Casey’s.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt compelled after my visit to Casey’s Automotive today. I brought my vehicle here after it had failed a Maryland inspection and it passed. The mechanic found an oil leak but provided me options for fixing it, rather than completing the most expensive repair. It was pretty clear that the mechanics had my best interest at heart. I will continue bringing my vehicles here and would recommend Casey’s Automotive to anyone else that’s tired of getting hosed by auto repair shops.

Going to update my review. So I go there for my inspection, expecting the worst, a lot of shops you have to, they get me in quickly. Yep my car failed, but they were straight to the point . The guy knew it was a lot of money. But he didn't talk down to me acting like I was clueless with being female or force me to have it fixed right there and then. He even says to me. "Wasn't sure if you wanted to fix it yourself". And I did fix it myself.I also overheard him talking to another lady about her car and in no way did they even attempt to take her for a ride. They treat every customer with respect.Straight forward, honest, and very attentive to my concerns. Relaxing waiting area. Will be my go to from here on out. People that work here are the best. I'll drive past dozens of other shops just to go there.I am more then impressed with them. Just thought they deserved a better review.Yeah, they ARE that good

Amazing service. I had a 2 inch lift with new rims and tires put on my 4Runner. Brendan was superb!! Instead of accepting the leveling kit I picked out he called the company to make it was the right part and to make sure there were no issues with the suspension it was going on. He also made sure the rims were hub centric and the correct offset for what I wanted and needed.Honest, friendly and full transparency.Keep it up guys!!!

In late 2017, we switched to Casey's from another local shop due to the ridiculous diagnostic fees they were charging us for our older vehicle. I'm pretty sure people must think I'm crazy to keep writing about my favorite auto shop. Okay, I may be crazy but I'm not wrong. Casey's Automotive is the kind of place that reminds you there ARE honest, wonderful and kind people in the world.Every time I go there, I'm greeted promptly and warmly. These folks are honest and knowledgeable. And....they don't look for ways to upsell you.My husband is crazy picky about who touches our cars-one would think we were driving Jaguars, not Toyotas, lol!-and he keeps one of their mugs on his desk as a conversation starter at work.We are so pleased to have found Casey's! They were thorough with both my car and my husband's car. We felt like we were in great hands and have been recommending them ever since! We're so happy that we are done looking for mechanics. Incredibly happy with Casey's Automotive! Brendan was incredibly kind, informative, and fun during my whole experience. How many auto shops can you go to and say the employee was fun?!After having a few bad experiences with dealerships, I decided it was time to check out my other options. I found Casey's online and put in a request for two oil change appointments for mine and my husband's cars. They got back to me promptly and we were able to come up with a time that worked with my schedule easily.I came in today and am so happy I chose to go with Casey's. Not only do they have plenty of amenities to keep you preoccupied (tv, coffee station with different types of coffee and peppermint hot chocolate, snacks, and a fridge with water and different sodas) while you wait for your service, but they also offer a kids room (toys, coloring, tv, comfy couch) for parents to keep their kids preoccupied! I didn't need this service but I love that they offer it.Their oil change comes with a 45 point check which I think is great. Instead of what I've had at dealerships, they take their time to ensure your car is in tip-top shape. Brendan was sure to let me know what services I would need soon and what services he recommends attending to quickly.My only problem: they were offering girl scout cookies and I've been pretty good about staying away from them this girl scout cookie season but I caved. But hey if that's the only "problem" I will definitely be back! :)

This is a long overdue review. I have been going to Casey's Automotive for the past couple of years since my original factory maintenance package had expired. I just took my vehicle in to get the headlight bulb replaced because I thought it was more involved. They replaced the bulb in minutes free of charge. Wow! All the staff members are extremely friendly. Casey's has always provided superior customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a local automotive shop that will not try to upsell you something that is not needed.

i was referred to Caseys by a coworker and what a great experience. I made an appointment for my state inspection and was received immediately. I was nervous about the results being as I have an older car and was sure I was not getting out of there without a hefty service bill. They immediately put me at ease with their friendly atmosphere and professionalism. The waiting room was comfortable and stocked with amenities to make my wait comfortable. They found some minor problems with my car but to my amazement fixed them on the spot at no charge!!! They have earned my trust and I will be bringing my business there and refer them to everyone I know. Ask for Eric .you will be treated well.

I took my car to Casey’s after several bad experiences at other car repair shops. I received excellent service and everyone was really nice. They were honest and told me all the things that should be done to my car but broke down which things were necessary, instead of saying everything was necessary like other shops do. One time when my car wouldn’t start they sent someone to pick me and they let me use a loner car while they checked out my car. I would definitely recommend them 🙂

I went to Casey’s for a new set of brakes for a BMW 535i XDrive and to get a feel for the service quality and atmosphere after seeing their commercial. They exceeded my expectations in every way.From the time I walked in I was treated with courtesy and respect. After our initial discussion about what I wanted checked, Brendan, my service advisor, offered a loaner for free. The level of service just got better from there.Their work was done quickly, professionally and at a price I expected. They did a thorough safety check and found no other problems. They did NOT start pushing me to do anything for which I had not asked.I will now bring all three (soon to be four) cars in our family fleet to Casey’s and I recommend you do the same!

I came and delt with Eric he was super helpful and unlike every other experience I have had with other automotive shops everything he told me was going to happen actually happen!! The cost was less then what he quoted me. He said we would call before noon got a phone call at 11am told me my car would be ready by 4pm and I got a call at 3:30 saying it was all finished. Had a surprisingly great experience with these folks. Had unexpected vehicle trouble early before work. Finding that they were open at 0700 that was a huge help. The manager is obviously a great representative for the company. He conveys a sense that customer service is really important to the company. Doesn't hurt that they have two rescue dogs.Would not hesitate to return to them.

My husband and I had a car mechanic that serviced our cars for years, but recently became too ill to repair cars any longer. This left me feeling rather lost and vulnerable when thinking of finding someone who could replace our trustworthy mechanic. Then, this week I found an advertisement in the mail for a shop called Casey's Automotive that had just opened a new location in Sterling, Va. I called them the next day and spoke to Bryan, the shop manager. I could not bring my car in during normal business hours, but he explained how I could use their night drop off, which was very easy. I had a long trip scheduled for the weekend, so I was very anxious to get my 17 year old Sequoia checked out to ensure it was trip worthy. Casey's Automotive checked out my car and noted that it was time for my synthetic oil to be changed and that my transmission and differential fluids should probably be changed as they did not look very clean and I had no record of when they were changed last. After a thorough check of my car, those were the only items needing attention. I feel many shops would have seen me coming with my old car and would have tried to take advantage of me by suggesting many things needing replacement. After my positive experience with Casey's Automotive, I feel I have found the automotive shop I was hoping to find. Bryan was very knowledgeable and I feel quite trustworthy. While I was at the shop, a customer came running in that has been a customer for many years. She said she was so happy that Caseys had opened a shop in Sterling, and that they had helped her through a very difficult time with her car after her husband had died, and that she just came in to give Bryan a big hug. They obviously have a fan club, and I'm happy to be a new member.

Had some suspension issue that family and friends couldn't diagnose. We tried a few things, but wasn't able to fix the issue and was growing impatient. After researching shops online, I came across Casey's and thought I'd give them a try since the reviews were very positive.After a day and a half, I got my car back from them perfectly fixed and ready to go. The price was very reasonable, but what distinguishes Casey from the other repair shops in the area was the customer service. They took a very honest and factual approach with their scope of work and kept you informed of their findings, costs associated with any repair, and also providing other solutions to save the customer money. I'm not exactly a beginner when it comes to vehicle repair, so it was refreshing to speak with the manager and not be sold other services I didn't need.One thing to note with some of these area shops that I've personally seen is that sometimes they tell customers to leave a 5 star review for a percentage off their bill or a free oil change. The Reviews are high for this shop for a reason and I would bet that most of these reviews are from real people who had similar experiences and not from some gimmick like the above (cough cough - Centreville Tire & Auto).Highly recommend Casey's to anyone.

Brought my truck in to have the Catalytic Converters replaced when I found out that Brenden worked here now. Dropped off in the morning, they called promptly to confirm issues and next steps and had it done same day UNDER budget.Brought it back just recently to get more work done on the front end and again, with Tyler's help got it back same day, they even were able to give me a loaner car so I didn't have to take time off work! Brenden even called me the next day (had to pick up after hours) to make sure everything was good with the work. There aren't enough good things I can say about these guys!

I wish I had found this place sooner! These guys will take care of you.They are honest: my first visit had my car in on a tow truck for what I thought was a blown head gasket, and I told them as much. A very expensive job, but they did their diagnosis and were happy to report that it was actually a much simpler, less expensive repair (replacing the thermostat).They take pride in their work: I came in with an intermittent overheating issue once. Of course, I dropped it off and they couldn't get it to happen. Most places would look at it for a day, maybe two, then give up and call you to pick it up. These guys kept at it for 2-3 weeks (with my permission!), idling it in the parking lot, taking it to pick up parts, anything to try and get the temperature up. As long as I didn't need the car back, they wanted to keep working on it until they found the problem. And they called several times to give me status updates and make sure I didn't need it back. I did eventually end up picking it up, and it hasn't overheated since, but they didn't charge me anything for all that time they had the car. Just the emissions inspection I asked them for. That was awfully generous of them.They're also just friendly people. I've never felt like they were talking down to me, and they've been nice enough to give me a ride after I dropped my car off.As a nice bonus, I was always impressed by how fast their turnaround was. It never seemed like they sacrificed quality to do it.Unfortunately, I moved to a new city recently, and trying to find a new repair shop has made me realize how much I miss this place. I never stressed about car repairs once I found them.

Although I read a lot of reviews more often than I actually write reviews, I feel my experience at Casey’s Automotive warrants me to do so. After a failed state inspection and researching several auto repair shops, my co-workers referred me to Casey’s Automotive. From my initial contact with the shop, I was impressed by the staff’s knowledge and positive attitude to help me. My service advisor, Raul Lucero was very professional, friendly, and detailed! Raul managed all of my expectations on repair time and fees by keeping me well informed. I also needed shuttle service to and from work and Raul was able to shuttle me with virtually no wait time. At previous shops I have sat around for over half an hour waiting for a ride. Thank you Raul and Casey’s Automotive for taking care of me and thanks to my co-workers for the recommendation!

I went to Casey's Automotive due to a failed state inspection. I am so glad I went to Casey's as they were very honest about all the repairs that I needed and wasn't after $$$. Raul was very helpful in explaining in detail the issues that were found by the mechanics and even found a nail in the tire that the other place didn't see! They did a courtesy inspection on the vehicle for me and was in and out in about 2 hours. I stayed in their waiting room which is very comfortable, drinks and snacks are offered and a quiet room to work in. Super friendly staff too. Thank you Raul and Casey's!

The definition of amazing, or wonderful, is so overused! It doesn't really mean anythings like it used to. You all remember that amazing service we used to get that started us tipping, like the service at the Casey’s Automotive. The service that really makes you say wow.I was WoWed at Casey’s automotive on my first visit. When people get feedback they do one of two things; they take it negatively and say I'm a liar, or they step up to the plate and knock it out of the park! These people are awesome! I have been taking my car and my wife's car here for a couple of years. Today we brought in her car because it was leaking gas near the trunk. When they inspected the problem they found out that there was a recall from GM for this problem. They sent us around the corner where we have been told it is covered under the recall so there was no charge. Very honest people!

Fantastic experience with this shop. On a Saturday afternoon I had a brake issue go from bad to worse and I just happened to be in the area of Casey's, so I decided to stop in and see if they could help me. It was 2 hours until closing so I thought they would turn me away but they didn't! They drove my car back, diagnosed the issue, and had parts rushed over from another store... they really saved me that day. Everyone was so nice and helpful I will gladly give them return business in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a plug foul out at 1:30 PM on a Saturday in Chantilly, 4 hours from my home. Brendan agreed to take a look at it and they quickly diagnosed the plug and replaced it. I was on my way by 3 PM. The cost was reasonable. We were so lucky that it happened on the exit right at Casey's. Especially if you are needing service for your vehicle and you are out of town, don't be scared to go here. I know enough about cars and trucks to know when I'm being taken advantage of and I know that wasn't the case at this place.

The best staff, the best service, the best prices!!!! Hands down, coming from someone who has used dealerships and other garages for service. You don't get these kinds of ratings for cutting corners. Even when something may need to be fixed in the future, Bryan Jewett and his staff are sooooo honest that they'll tell you that it can be held out and monitored, rather than fixed immediately. Great crew over there at Casey's. I'm one of those guys that self diagnoses my truck anytime I hear some new noise and instantly think the worst. After bringing my truck to Casey's several times with my own conclusions on what the problem is or possibly could be I am grateful that I am almost 100% wrong ha. Its great to know there is still a Automotive shop that is out there not just trying to sell you things you don't need (or even think you need for that matter). Great honest bunch of guys and girls over there for sure. It's nearly impossible to find a reputable automotive repair shop, but, this is definitely the one. I've been using them for three years now and my car is old and needy. Every time I bring it in it is fixed and ready to go in a short time. More importantly, they fix what is needed - not "repairs" that are unnecessary. If Brian says it needs repair I believe him because more than half the time he tells me I don't need a major repair just yet. So grateful for their service! Super friendly front desk. And one of the most important things to me is their honesty and communication!

New to the Reston/Herndon area. A few days ago, the alternator on my Jeep failed and I needed to find a repair shop quickly. I am a second generation Casey's customer. My family has been using the shop for 20+ years. Me and my father both bring antique trucks in, same goes for our newer cars. Even when I was in high school I would bring my cars in when I couldn't fix the problem myself. We started bringing our car to Casey's a couple of years ago. My brother took his first and the whole family quickly switched our cars from the dealerships to Casey's after.I really appreciate how they always take the time to explain what needs to be done to your car in order for you to make an informed decision. At other shops and dealerships I always feel like I am being taken advantage of, I know when I take my car here they are not doing that. Was referred to this shop several years ago and won't take our cars anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. No sneaky upselling techniques that get you spending more money on unnecessary parts or labor. If you don't have time to stick around, no problem, they offer a complimentary shuttle service as well --- I think it is within a 5-10 mile radius or something. They may not be as fast as a the chain oil/tire shops around, but you are getting a much better overall customer experience with skilled technicians who care about service and your car. No reason for us to give them anything under five stars.

I can't say enough about the service at Casey's. They go above and beyond. I have GMC Yukon truck that I bought new and has always had its share of problems. When I hand it over to Bryan Jewitt and his staff I know it is being serviced professionally and honestly. This week my truck needed a fuel pump and they replaced it. The problem was not solved so they instantly installed another fuel pump at no charge. It is important to them to take care of the problem or they will not charge you. They truly have the most amazing customer service around. I think a lot of people are skeptical when they take their car to a mechanic. I've reviewed these guys before, wish I could do it again but I'll stick to editing and republishing. I went to Casey's about a tire that went flat on me. Although they couldn't repair my tire due to its size (which requires a certain set of equipment) they gave me friendly, honest, patient advice. They even asked 2 gentlemen who were on a lunch break and they also took the time to examine the issue. And again, they couldn't fix it in their shop but they gave me an excellent recommendation on who could and I also got a great deal. I've worked with this crew a few times in the past and they're just the most patient, humble, most understanding team of professionals. Love these guys, love the shop. I'll always go there first for help with my car. Super reliable. I almost opened another google account just to make 2 comments. internet police frown upon that.

I live in Prince William County and was always of the belief that our cars should be serviced at the dealerships. However, I went to a local shop (through the recommendation of a friend) and realized that I was able to save hundreds of dollars just by not going to the dealership for servicing. One manager in particular at this local shop, Bryan Jewett, made sure that my car was always in perfect running condition!Unfortunately, Bryan left that shop... and with his departure, so did service! After two poorly serviced vehicles without Bryan, I decided to track him down, and follow him to his new location: Casey's Automotive.Yes, it is much further for me to drive from Prince William County, but the drive is WELL-WORTH IT!!! Casey's is tucked away a bit (possibly a little difficult to find the first time around), but again, well-worth the time to go. What I found was what everyone appreciates: friendly and reliable service, honest opinions, professional staff, clean facility... and most importantly, I was able to follow Bryan, who gives the most incredible (always above-and-beyond), personalized service!Definitely try Casey's out... when you do, you'll thank me by taking me out to dinner with the hundreds of dollars you save!

Recently moved to Chantilly, my car broke down and I had to find a mechanic.Casey's was extremely helpful from start to finish. They texted me a towing service phone number and told me the bad news of what had happen to my car later that day. They were honest and professional.The repair was a timely engine repair which in the end would be the price of how much the cars worth.These are people in the service business which look to establish long term relationships with their customers. I highly recommend them and will be coming back for my auto repair needs in the future.

It is impossible to find a better shop than this. Great customer service backed up by great work and honest evaluations. I have been taking my cars here for years and the service is always perfect. I have even consulted Casey's about various issues when getting service done out of state and they have ensured I get the right service and a fair deal. It's hard to find a shop that you can just drop your car off and know that they will do everything in their power to give you the best service and the best deal possible. Casey's is that shop.

I was buying a car in Chantilly and needed somewhere to get a pre-purchase inspection done and these guys were close, and with good reviews. I can say that they were very polite and courteous, quick to respond to emails, got my car in-and-out the day I asked for it, and gave a very thorough report of the inspection, and even offered to renew the state inspection sticker as part of the deal. Very clean shop with nice people. I'm glad I stumbled upon them. I have a feeling I'll use them again.

Took my car to Casey's because my A/C would stop working on hot days. After some troubleshooting they determined that it was the compressor. They got it replaced with no issues. I was able to take my car in and get service with no hassle. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I will be coming back here!

We have been going to Casey's for as long as they have been open in Chantilly. Between my husband and me and now my children, Casey's has serviced 10 cars of all different makes and models. The service has always been great; fast, thorough, and correctly done in a timely manner. They are always willing to help and have worked around our schedules, if possible. They are also very honest. If the work, or some of it, does not need to be done, the mechanics won't do it nor will they charge for it as I have had some other mechanics do. I have recommended Casey's to many of my friends.

Needed to get my motorcycle inspected so I figured I'd give the places around my work a call to stop by on my lunch shift. The first place I called had "run out of stickers." What? Second on my list was Casey's, and boy am I glad I went there. The phone answering was prompt (I hate being on the ringer...) and I had asked first off: If they did motorcycle inspections, and if there was a wait. I was told they did and there was no wait just bring it down. So I stopped by on my lunch break and got the bike inspected, but as it turns out, my headlight bracket had snapped and was drooping. Not only did (Brian..? Brad...?) take me in the shop to show my what the problem was, he called 2 places around the area that could weld it up for me. Now that's customer service! When I arrived at the welding shop, I was informed that it could not be welded, being cast aluminium. Oh well, I went back to work and went home.As soon as I got home I realised that I had a set of spare headlight brackets in my spare parts box in the garage! Ecstatic, I quickly swapped them out called Casey's to see if they were still open, sure enough the guy I had spoken with earlier promptly answered the phone again (its the little things... and it was around 5:45pm) and said it was no problem, bring it back down and they'll complete the inspection.Needless to say I am MORE than happy with the service provided here and will recommend them to anyone I know needing service. Thanks guys!!

I submitted an online appointment request on a Thursday evening. I was quite surprised when they called me early the next morning and said "come on in." I was even more surprised when they completed the work (replace AC compressor and oil pan gasket) before 4:00pm that same day. Friendly folks, clean shop.
